It doesnt add new and varied units (which is a mild shame) but it completely overhauls the entire structure of the unit roster- such as line inf becoming very expensive due to prolonged training, artillery having up to 4-6 turn train times and great upkeep costs. That is, until i came back from uni this xmas break and was advised to try out "empire total realism" by someone in the etw has really delivered. perhaps someone else out there can.Īs for empire, I have always found the mods out there were pretty rough-and-ready, sort of great intentions but not fully implemented to the playability stage. Very historical, and beautiful looking as well! Other than that, if your real gripe is the AI, I can't be of further help. If you haven't played NTW3, give that a shot without a doubt- its the best one out there.

I generally agree with your point about darth, i didn't like it because it simply made the AI "harder"- more aggressive to the point of stupidity in some cases.
